The Pattern:
PS: for pattern that use verb,
you have to add s/es in the positive (+) form. Remember singular and plural!

Present Continuous Tense

This tense is used to express activities or
condition are in actual progress at the moment of speaking.

A difinite arrangement in the near future or
immediate plans

Present Perfect Tense
This tense is used to express an action beginning in the past, but the
action still related in the mind of speaker with the moment of speaking.
